J. C. DeTemple is the company’s Founder and Executive Director/Senior Recruiter. He has over ten years of experience in the Executive Recruiting field along with fifteen years of Sales and Marketing experience in the Technology Industry working for IBM and Unisys. J. C. started and has managed Eagle Recruiting and its online Job Board business, building it into an industry leader in the Higher Education marketplace. In addition to his higher education and recruiting background, he has strong recruiting experience working with organizations and sourcing Top Talent within the Technology Sales and Marketing, Medica, Healthcare and Veterinary, Finance and Banking sectors.

During his career, J. C. has won several distinguished awards such as Rookie of the Year honors and Top Performer awards. He has been the Marketing Rep of the Year and received IBM’s coveted Marketing Excellence Award two years in a row.

J. C. and his wife, Elizabeth, who is a Cornell Veterinarian, are involved with various Associations related to their respective colleges as well as many community organizations around the Albany and Saratoga area. J. C. is also a Chamber of Commerce member in Saratoga Springs (where he lives), a Chamber of Southern Saratoga member, and a CRRN – Capital Region Recruiters Network member. He is a Dean’s List graduate of the State University of New York College at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science in Communications in Business. He graduated High School from Aquinas Institute in Rochester, NY and grew up in the Hornell, NY area located the Southern Tier of New York State.
